Skilled Maintenance Operative

We are currently seeking a Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, reliable individual with a good all-round knowledge of property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out water and pipework repairs and installations

• Basic electrical work (no formal qualifications required)

• General carpentry, including altering doors and basic woodwork

• Minor plastering (bonus skill, not essential)

• General building upkeep and ad hoc repair jobs as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Practical, experienced, and self-motivated

• Able to work independently and use initiative

• Comfortable working across a range of building maintenance tasks

• Good problem-solving skills
