We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on behalf of our client, a reputable energy and industrial services company based in Stockton.
This is a full-time, temporary position for initially 4 weeks to support the Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities: - Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations and cash management
- Supporting payment runs and month-end close
- Managing financial data and providing client information
- Supporting Finance colleagues and maintaining system knowledge
Requirements: - Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
- Experience with purchase ledger, VAT, and financial systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software packages
