You'll be supporting a team of experienced advisers and paraplanners, handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth client service delivery. Key Responsibilities- Preparing and processing client documentation and reports
- Managing client records and updating CRM systems
- Liaising with providers and clients regarding policy information
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day admin tasks
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met
What We're Looking For- Previous experience in financial services administration (IFA experience preferred)
- Level 4 in Financial Planning (or part-qualified)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Desire to progress within financial services
