About the Role:
As the Contracts & Facilities Officer, you will be at the heart of day-to-day operations, ensuring that our offices run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary contact for contractors and service providers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Overseeing health and safety compliance across our offices.
• Conducting compliance checks and managing office support services like cleaning and security.
• Leading a team of Facilities Management Assistants and supervising their tasks.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in an office and facilities management environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• A flexible attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Desirable Qualifications:

• First Aid training and IOSH Health & Safety certification.
• Experience in managing internal office moves and service contracts.
