We have an exciting opportunity for a Welder to join Stannah, based at Newburn
This job will involve fabricating and welding company products, assembling and erecting structures, operating tube bending machinery, and interpreting technical product drawings. You'll be contributing to a high-quality, safety-first production environment where continuous improvement and teamwork are key.
As the Welder, you will work 36 hours Friday to Sunday 06:00 to 18:30, you will receive at 25% shift uplift. This job is a permanent contract.

To be successful as the Welder, it is essential that you have previous experience in welding and fabricating to technical specifications. Experience in tube bending, erecting steel structures, or working to lean manufacturing principles would be desirable.
Welder Responsibilities:Fabricate and weld company products to required specifications
Assemble and erect structures according to engineering drawings
Operate tube bending machinery and carry out quality checks
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement and support new product development
Proven experience in welding and fabrication
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Flexible and proactive team player with a problem-solving attitude
