CMA Recruitment Group is working with a highly successful, long-established business, which retails on a national basis, to support their recruitment of an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in keeping financial processes running smoothly and helping leadership make decisions. This is a career-enhancing opportunity, where the successful candidate will be supported through their studies.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
- Match and process purchase ledger invoices, reconcile statements, and prepare invoices ready for payment
- Support the month-end process, including accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and journals
- Intercompany transactions and recharges
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
- Ambitious and keep to progress
- Strong numerical skills, complemented with ideally at least AAT Level 3
- Solutions lead with a good eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships
