Are you a Junior Property Manager or similar with a background looking after commercial or domestic sites, looking for the opportunity to join a long standing company, who have huge plans to grow over the next two years, who offer an autonomous role with increased responsibility and routes to progress further within the hierarchy of the company and become a Property Manager that manages their own portfolio? This role brings great exposure to the London market within a prestigious company.

This family-led company have been within the property industry since before WW2 and have grown to now own over 50 properties across the London area, mainly in commercial but also some domestic sites. Due to the sustained growth, they are now looking to add motivated individuals that are looking to develop a long career in property management.

In this varied role, the company are looking for individuals with a pre-existing understanding of the QUBE property management software, which will be where you will upload and review reports, be responsible for liaising and dealing with maintenance reports from tenants over the phone or email as well as picking up any legal matters that are raised within properties.

This role will be suited to a Junior Property Manager or similar with a background dealing with commercial or domestic sites that is looking for a leading role in a fast growing company that can offer opportunities to develop and the ability to grow the business around you
