Are you a Process or Production engineer with a background in electronics manufacturing? Do you have a solid understanding of electronic components and a passion for driving process excellence? If so, wed love to hear from you.

We're seeking a proactive and technically minded Process Engineer to support and optimise the process stages of PCB production. This is a hands on role focused on process stability, continuous improvement, and delivering high quality products to customer specifications.

What you'll be doing as a Process Engineer:

  • Develop, optimise, and maintain processes within stages of PCB manufacturing.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with setup, trials, and validation
  • Lead improvement projects focused on yield, quality, cost reduction, and sustainability
  • Implement lean manufacturing techniques including Kaizen, Six Sigma, and SPC
  • Troubleshoot process issues and minimise downtime
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive performance
  • Review customer complaints and returns, applying root cause analysis and corrective actions

What you'll bring as a Process Engineer in this role:

  • Experience as a Process or Production Engineer in the electronics industry
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and PCB build process
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, SPC, and process control techniques
