You'll be responsible for working closely with existing Rearers while also identifying and onboarding new units - helping to shape a robust, high-welfare supply chain from the ground up. The role blends stockmanship, communication, and coordination. You'll be out on-farm regularly - assessing calves on arrival, ensuring welfare and protocol compliance, supporting rearers, and liaising with vets to ensure best practice is upheld across every unit. Alongside this, you'll play a vital part in the planning and rollout of new sites, helping potential rearers navigate the process and get off to a strong start. You'll begin with an intensive two-week induction alongside experienced colleagues in England, followed by structured ongoing support. Though Scotland is slightly further from the day-to-day hub, you'll never be working in isolation - you'll be in frequent contact with the wider team and supported throughout.
