Are you the right person for the job?
- Has proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
- Is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Is highly organised and thrives under pressure
- Holds relevant food safety and hygiene qualifications (Level 3 Food Safety Certificate preferred)
What will your role look like?
- Take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional food
- Design and develop creative menus for the restaurant, events, and special occasions
- Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Train, mentor, and inspire your team to consistently achieve excellence
