Job Description
I'm currently looking for an Interim Highways Programme Manager for one of my clients in North West England on an initial 6-12 Month contract.
The successful candidate will spearhead the design and delivery of major infrastructure programmes that advance the Council's goals for inclusive growth, regeneration, and climate action, while supporting the updated Local Transport Plan.
You will be accountable for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects to hit programme milestones, overseeing capital budgets with precision, and ensuring smooth delivery across planning, transport, utilities, digital infrastructure, and environmental streams.
