Wolviston Management Services are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Production Operative to join a reputable and expanding manufacturing business based in Teesside

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a hands-on team, where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly and fabrication of a range of products using hand and power tools
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
• Measuring, marking, cutting, and fitting components to precise specifications
• Ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety
• General workshop duties including material handling, cleaning and equipment maintenance
• Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining a tidy, efficient work environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience within door manufacturing, ideally in a factory or workshop environment
• Confident in the safe and correct use of hand and power tools
• A strong work ethic with a good level of attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new processes and follow strict health and safety procedures
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Powder coating experience is advantageous however not essential
