What You ll Be Doing

You ll learn everything you need to become a successful recruitment consultant, including how to:

  • Partner with senior consultants to source top healthcare professionals.
  • Use LinkedIn and recruitment tools to map talent and identify candidates.
  • Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Manage multiple vacancies and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build your own portfolio of successful placements and clients.
