With decades of trading, the company is seeking a new Sales Manager to lead its sales function and drive sustainable growth.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to both strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing account plans and deepening relationships with a mix of long-term and high-potential customers.
- Restructuring and energising the sales team through stronger process and clear direction.
- Unlocking growth opportunities within existing accounts as well as winning new business.
- Creating a scalable sales structure and shaping future recruitment needs.
- Working closely with senior leadership to position the business for long-term success.
We're looking for an experienced sales professional who brings:
- A proven background in B2B sales and account growth.
- Experience leading and developing sales teams, ideally at a Sales Manager
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive both short- and long-term results.
- Resilience and adaptability in times of change.
The Package
- Salary circa 55,000- 70,000, plus bonus scheme.
- Based in Gloucestershire, with investment underway in new facilities.
