The Role

We're looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our team at our award-winning farm-to-fork café, nestled at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills.

With a genuine love for fresh, seasonal cooking, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to craft inspiring menus and daily specials for brunch, lunch, and our renowned afternoon teas. Much of what we serve is grown, raised, or sourced right here - from vegetables and herbs in our kitchen garden, to beef from our family farm, to game from the estate shoot.

As a champion of local produce, you'll also collaborate with our trusted regional suppliers, turning their exceptional ingredients into dishes that are full of flavour and beautifully presented.

Salary starts at £14 per hour ( £32,760 )
