Cost Manager

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: London
Focus: Across a range of sectors

About the role:
Salter Grange are seeking a skilled and driven Cost Manager to join one of the largest and well know consultancy firms, supporting a range of major projects across all sectors.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services
  • Provide detailed cost estimates, budget planning, and procurement advice
  • Lead value engineering and change management
  • Support contract administration and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Produce cost reports and track project financials through all phases

Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Experience working within a similar role working on Data Centre projects
  • Strong communication and client facing skills
  • Proficient in tools such as CostX, Excel, and MS Project
