Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of property management across a diverse commercial and residential portfolio
- Lead lease negotiations and manage rent reviews and lease renewals
- Conduct property valuations for both investment and operational purposes
- Ensure timely collection of rent, service charges, and other property-related payments
- Monitor and maintain compliance records (EPC, asbestos, gas, etc.)
- Prepare and manage legal, regulatory, and safety compliance reporting
- Advise on and coordinate repairs, maintenance, dilapidations, and acquisitions
- Liaise effectively with managing agents, contractors, tenants, and stakeholders
- Act for PCT as a tenant and for investment properties as landlord
- Conduct inspections and maintain accurate legal and property documentation
Profile
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial and/or residential property management
- Strong knowledge of lease negotiation and property valuation
- MRICS qualified or working towards RICS accreditation
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Understanding of compliance standards including EPC, asbestos, and gas safety
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
