Overview
Join our Home Solutions Optimisation team in British Gas as a Performance Analyst. You'll help drive collaborative performance reporting and insightful analysis for the Planning function. You will support teams by managing scorecards, encouraging improvement initiatives, and assisting with strategic decision-making.
About the role
Manage performance scorecards for Home Solutions products, ensuring effective monitoring and analysis of areas for improvement.
Lead weekly performance calls, driving actionable insights and supporting team development.
Work closely with strategy, field, planning, commercial, finance, and forecasting teams, building trust and effective working relationships.
Deliver clear, diagnostic, and forward-looking analysis to support leadership decisions.
Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate on solutions to address performance gaps.
Promote collaboration and stakeholder engagement across the business.
What We're Looking For
Proficient in presenting data to all organisational levels, including senior leadership, with clarity and precision.
Experience in optimising team performance, fostering growth, and driving continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, and an inclusive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce, Dynamics, and Oracle.
Action-oriented, detail-focused, supportive of others, and able to see the bigger picture.
