What You ll Do:

  • Lead and enhance QHSE systems in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, driving operational excellence.

  • Oversee quality assurance and control, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and fully resourced.

  • Conduct risk assessments, safety training, and incident investigations to create a safe and reliable environment.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and 8D methodologies.

  • Manage documentation, KPIs, and reporting to drive measurable improvements across production and operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders globally to uphold the highest standards.

What We re Looking For:

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years QHSE experience in electronics manufacturing or mechanical assembly.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and automotive quality standards (IATF16949 & Core Tools).

  • Experience with audits, PPAP, APQP, control plans, and root cause analysis.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to maintain compliance in a regulated environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with product realisation, design, and manufacturing processes.

  • Knowledge of Electronic standards such as IPC standards

  • Second language skills are a plus.
