The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build on their experience in a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:

• Drafting Wills and Trusts
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Tax planning and asset protection

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2-3 years PQE in Private Client work although more experienced candidates will be considered
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, and related matters
• STEP membership or working towards (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
