Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk - Temporary Clifton, Bristol
Full-Time Hybrid (4 Days in Office) ASAP Start
13 - 15 per hour (depending on experience)

We're looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to support a busy finance team in Clifton, Bristol on a temporary basis.

This is a classic all-round accounts payable role - ideal for someone confident, organised, and ready to hit the ground running. Hybrid working available (4 days in the office, 1 from home).



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Processing high-volume invoices accurately

  • Supplier statement reconciliations

  • Preparing and processing payment runs

  • Handling queries with suppliers and internal teams

  • Supporting general finance tasks where needed



What We're Looking For:

  • Previous accounts payable/purchase ledger experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident using Excel and finance software

  • Available to start immediately
