Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire care teams across residential and domiciliary services
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and CQC standards
• Champion safeguarding and person-centred care
• Manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years' experience supporting young people in residential care
• 2+ years in a management or senior role
• Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Hours of Work:37 hours per week, Monday - Friday:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
• Friday: 9:00AM - 4:30PM
