Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering Framework (Bristol / Swindon)£60,000 to £70,000 + car & packageReady to lead on critical infrastructure projects?We're partnering with a top-tier main contractor to find a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor for their growing team who are delivering a key civil engineering framework for Network Rail between Swindon and Bristol. This is an opportunity to lead on essential, high-impact civil engineering projects, from complex earthworks and drainage to soil stabilisation.As a Senior QS, you'll be a vital part of the team, managing the commercial success of these critical projects. Your role will involve:

• Taking full commercial ownership of projects, from initial tender to final account.
• Preparing and managing cost forecasts, valuations, and commercial reports.
• Drafting, reviewing, and administering NEC contracts and managing all commercial aspects of the framework.
• Engaging with the supply chain, including tendering and subcontractor procurement.
• Identifying and mitigating commercial risks to ensure project profitability.
• Working closely with the project management team, engineers, and clients.

Senior Quantity Surveyors suitable for this position will be able to demonstrate the following key skills:

• Be Commercially astute with a solid background in civil engineering.
• NEC contract experience is non-negotiable. You're confident and competent in managing these contracts from start to finish.
• You have a proven track record working on infrastructure or civils projects, ideally with a main contractor.
