About the Role

We re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Primary Recruitment Consultant to join our Lichfield team. You ll be responsible for building strong relationships with schools and education professionals, supporting them in finding the right opportunities and talent. This is a fantastic chance to work in a friendly, supportive office where your hard work truly pays off.

What You ll Do

-Develop and manage relationships with schools and Primary settings across the region.

-Source, screen, and interview candidates, matching them to suitable roles.

-Proactively build your candidate and client network.

-Deliver excellent customer service to both schools and candidates.

-Work towards targets and celebrate your successes as part of a motivated team.

What We re Looking For

-Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, but not essential full training will be provided.

-A genuine passion for supporting Schools and education.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

-A proactive, resilient, and ambitious attitude.
