Personal Assistant

3 month initial contract

Inside IR35

My client in the insurance industry are looking for a Personal Assistant to work on a 2-3 month contract. Skills and details of the role can be found below:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and organise appointments, meetings, and events, often managing access to the executive.
  • Travel & Logistics: Book and arrange travel, accommodation, and transport, including preparing itineraries.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Manage calls and emails, screening and directing them on behalf of the employer where necessary
  • Document & Report Preparation: Draft, edit, and compile reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Systems: Implement and maintain procedures, databases, and filing systems.
  • Events & Conferences: Assist with planning and coordinating events
  • Expense & Budget Management: Collate and manage expenses and support basic budgeting tasks.
  • Personal Support: Handle personal tasks if and when required

  • Organisation & Prioritisation: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills to interact with a range of individuals.
