Berry Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and conscientious Audit Manager to lead and manage audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients for a large establishment based in King's Lynn who are expanding.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality audit services.
Location: King's Lynn Type: Full-Time
Salary: 33,000 - 38,000 per annum (DOE)
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through to completion
Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors
Review financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance
Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to internal controls
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for audit projects
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
Audit experience required
Strong knowledge of audit methods and accounting standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage teams and complex projects
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
