Melton's Restaurant is recruiting a Sous Chef
An ideal opportunity for someone with experience of fine dining, who is looking to progress in their career. Joining our established, friendly team the successful candidate must have genuine enthusiasm, motivation and a passion for locally sourced quality food.
Working closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of both food production and kitchen management. Previous kitchen experience of fresh food production with food preparation methods and presentation essential. Previous Rosette experience is desirable.
Other benefits include Sunday & Monday off each week and 2 weeks over Christmas & New Year.
We are looking for someone to fill this vacancy from September.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £34,000.00 per year
