Job Description
Ashley Kate Finance are working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation in Lincolnshire to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially aware finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the month-end process and supporting operational decision-making. You'll be working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, playing a key role in driving financial performance and visibility across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Business partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and support
- Producing key reports and KPIs to aid commercial decision-making
- Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
- Continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Excellent communication and business partnering ability
- Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment is highly desirable
- Part or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience
