Software Product Support Engineer

Join a leading defence technology team supporting cutting-edge Command and Control (C2) systems across land and maritime domains. This is a hands-on technical support role focused on in-service software used in advanced missile systems.

• Investigate, debug, and resolve complex software issues in secure environments
• Maintain and configure Linux OS (RedHat/Ubuntu), including kernel-level tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders
• Support secure software deployments and middleware solutions

• Strong background in software engineering with proficiency in C/C++, Ada, JavaScript, or shell scripting
• Experience with Linux OS administration, kernel configuration, and security patching
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving technical problems
• Excellent communication skills in a collaborative environment
