An Interim HR Business Partner to:

  • Operate as a strategic and operational partner to your client group
  • Provide advice and guidance to the wider organisation
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Support with any HR initiatives
  • Identify key challenges including performance issues
  • Be responsible for projects including workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and retention
  • Lead on organisational change, including restructures
  • Manage complex ER casework
  • Support on policy and process improvement

Profile

An Interim HR Business Partner should have:

  • Previous partnering experience desirable
  • Experience working in the Education sector essential
  • Up to date DBS or on the update service desirable

Job Offer

Up to 55,000 per annum on an equivalent day rate

Based in London with hybrid working
