An Interim HR Business Partner to:
- Operate as a strategic and operational partner to your client group
- Provide advice and guidance to the wider organisation
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Support with any HR initiatives
- Identify key challenges including performance issues
- Be responsible for projects including workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and retention
- Lead on organisational change, including restructures
- Manage complex ER casework
- Support on policy and process improvement
Profile
An Interim HR Business Partner should have:
- Previous partnering experience desirable
- Experience working in the Education sector essential
- Up to date DBS or on the update service desirable
Job Offer
Up to 55,000 per annum on an equivalent day rate
Based in London with hybrid working
