Part-Time Business Analyst - Operational Change

Location: Edinburgh
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Working Pattern: 2 days per week
Rate: 445/day (Outside IR35)

A leading not-for-profit charity clinic in Edinburgh is seeking a Part-Time Business Analyst to support the rollout of a new operating model. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone with a background in operational improvement and change management.

You'll work closely with the clinic's management team to assess current operations, identify gaps, and help drive a cultural shift in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of a new operating model.
• Provide operational coaching and guidance to the management team.
• Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Assess the current "as-is" state and help define the "to-be" model.
• Bridge operational gaps and support the team through change.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in operational or service environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
• Experience in healthcare or similar sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and influence change at all levels.
