Behaviour Support Worker

Provide 1:1 support to individuals with behavioural support needs, including those with disability, mental health conditions, and/or trauma backgrounds

Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans developed by Behaviour Support Practitioners

Assist with daily living activities, community engagement, and skill-building

Support clients to develop positive routines and coping strategies

Monitor, record, and report changes in behaviour or wellbeing

Work collaboratively with families, carers, therapists, and other professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
