Production Operations Manager (brand new unit - Enhanced Compounding)

We're making a major investment in innovation: launching a state-of-the-art, purpose-built compounding department in Thetford.

This is not business as usual. We're introducing semi-automation to transform productivity, reduce manual processes, and lead the way in compounding excellence where you will be providing patients with life saving chemotherapy and antibiotics.

The Role:

As our new Operations Manager, you'll build and lead a brand-new team in a highly regulated GMP environment.

You'll be the engine behind our operational processes, collaborating across functions, developing capacity plans, and ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards. Most importantly you will be creating and driving a team to deliver results.

What you'll drive:

• Leadership of day-to-day compounding operations
• Cross-functional collaboration with QA, engineering, and supply chain
• Capacity planning and resource optimization
• Continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma - we love it!)
• Budget and financial performance
• Building a strong, high-performing team from the ground up

Who we're looking for:

• Experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices is essential
• Strong leadership skills
• Passion for process improvement and operational excellence
• A leader able to motivate and drive a team
• Financial acumen and strong analytical mindset
• A team-first mentality and the drive to make things happen under tight timelines
• Able to work under pressure
