Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with learning disabilities in engaging with meaningful activities that enhance their health, employ-ability, and independence.
• Provide respectful, person-centred personal care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement tailored support plans and risk assessments.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment for all service users.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in reviews and planning meetings.

Essential Requirements:

• A heartfelt commitment to supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Willingness to provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in a care or support setting.
• Knowledge of person-centred planning.
