Level 2 Support Engineer with experience in secure environments and strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and cloud services.
Key requirements: - Proven experience in L2 technical support
- Comfortable working with AWS-hosted infrastructure
- Strong understanding of service support workflows (ITIL frameworks beneficial)
- Comfortable supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tools
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and escalation management
- SC and NPPV clearance is essential
