Learning & Development Project Manager
Yorkshire/Hybrid (UK-based)
40K- 50K Basic Salary

We are working with a learning consultancy that is seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale, 18-month leadership programme and ongoing projects. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, ideal for someone with experience managing significant L&D or leadership development programmes. The role also offers opportunities for growth, including facilitation, client engagement, and involvement in future programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major leadership programme, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring seamless programme execution.
  • Manage schedules, resources, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and issues.
  • Ensure learning interventions meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor programme progress, providing reporting, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • The opportunity to support the potential facilitation of sessions and other client-facing activities
  • Explore and utilise appropriate PM tools, such as Slack and Hive

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a small, dynamic team and manage competing priorities.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications

  • Relevant project management or L&D qualifications are desirable but not essential, e.g. Prince2, Agile, Waterfall
  • Formal L&D, leadership development, or coaching certifications are a plus.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing large-scale L&D or leadership development programmes.
  • Experience working with senior leaders or on executive-level programmes is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrable success in coordinating complex projects, including managing multiple stakeholders and budgets.
