Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer Mechanical Bias
Location: West London
Salary: £53,403
Shifts: 4 on 4 off 12 Hour Shift
Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious client direct role at an iconic events venue in the heart of West London. We re looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to help keep this landmark site running at its best. You ll be part of a dedicated engineering team, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across critical building services, while enjoying the stability, benefits, and career satisfaction that come with a direct employer.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, heating, plumbing, and life safety systems

Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficiency and compliance

Deliver PPMs and reactive maintenance to a high standard

Manage stock, workshop equipment, and ensure safe working practices

Provide technical expertise and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:

Level 3 City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in mechanical or electrical building services

Additional safety/technical certifications (e.g. PAF, PASMA, IOSH, L8, CSCS) desirable

Experience with M&E systems and BMS in large or complex buildings

Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and strong communication abilities

Must live within the M25
