Sales Assistant
Honiton 25,000 per annum ( 29,000 OTE) Monday - Friday Permanent Hybrid (2 days WFH after training)
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join a leading electronic component distributor in Honiton. This company partners with OEM and EMS businesses to manage their overstock inventories and is looking for a motivated individual to support its sales operations.

Key Duties
- Selling large volumes of electronic components to existing buyers.
- Managing a mixture of proactive and reactive sales activities.
- Supporting marketing efforts to promote available stock.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Tenacious, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work well in a team.
What We Offer
- 25,000 per annum + bonuses (OTE 29,000).
- Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 3pm.
- Option to work two days per week from home after successful training (at company discretion).
- Five weeks annual leave (increasing to six).
