Our client are looking for a Project Manager based in Warwickshire to lead the delivery of one of their flagship Decarbonisation Retrofit Works programmes. Our client is a leading property, FM and housing contractor with an enviable portfolio of contracts looking to add a Project Manager to the Warwickshire team overseeing a housing asset programme of works.

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership and clear direction across multiple retrofit schemes.
• Manage project budgets, identify risks, and ensure full contract compliance.
• Oversee design coordination and actively engage with the supply chain.
• Ensure timely delivery of works including insulation, roofing, windows, doors, heat pumps, and other retrofit solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Lead recruitment, manage performance, and support the professional development of your team.

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience in project management within housing retrofit or construction sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with in-depth contract knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
• Familiarity with SHDF funding and decarbonisation strategies is a distinct advantage.
