Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support learning within Key Stage 2 (KS2) at a welcoming primary school in Sefton. This role is perfect for a motivated KS2 TA who enjoys helping children build confidence, independence, and academic skills in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide learning support for pupils across KS2 (Years 36).

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to raise attainment.

Help children develop positive learning behaviours and social skills.

Contribute to a safe, supportive, and engaging school environment.

Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Previous experience working in a KS2 / primary school setting.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Good communication and organisational skills.

Two professional references covering the last 2 years.
