You'll be part of an established development team working on a broad mix of new product launches and product optimisation projects, gaining exposure across all functions.
What this role offers:
- Autonomy in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Responsibility for leading product trials and overseeing multiple projects to challenging deadlines.
- Involvement in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day product development activity.
- Close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Technical, and wider business teams.
- Direct engagement with customers, including supporting visits and presentations.
- Full ownership across the end-to-end product development process - from initial concept through to factory launch and beyond.
About you:
- Experienced as a Development Technologist within food manufacturing.
- Organised, adaptable, and confident managing several projects at once.
- Skilled in critical path management and project delivery.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
- Practical knowledge of manufacturing kit and processes, with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
