FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Liverpool/Huyton

Shifts: 08.00-16.30 Monday to Friday

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour - weekly pay

We re looking for reliable and hardworking FLT counterbalance drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of pallets, stock, and materials across the site.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently in line with company and site safety procedures.

• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring accuracy and care with all palletised goods.

• Move pallets and materials around the site, ensuring items are stored correctly.

• Follow all health & safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• Carry out general warehouse duties as required, including manual handling.

Experience and Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited or equivalent).

• Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a fast-paced warehouse or yard environment.

• Good understanding of health & safety regulations.

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

• Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

• Previous experience handling pallets, timber, or similar products is desirable but not essential.
