At Derbyshire WISH, we're looking for a compassionate and resilient Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You'll work across both refuge and outreach services, providing tailored, strength-based support to women and families affected by domestic abuse.
In this role, you'll provide both emotional and practical support to survivors of domestic abuse, working across refuge and community settings. You'll manage a caseload and develop personalised support and risk management plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Your work will also involve facilitating group sessions and collaborating with multi-agency partners to advocate for clients and ensure their safety and wellbeing. Accurate record-keeping using our case management systems is essential, as is your contribution to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and healthy environment for all service users.
Interviews will be taking place on a rolling basis via Microsoft Teams.
