Winner Construction is expanding, and we re looking for a hardworking, organised, and solutions-focused Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at our Head Office in Sutton Coldfield. Key Responsibilities

• Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
• Proactively source and screen candidates to match client requirements
• Conduct CV searches and shortlist suitable applicants
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring compliance is met at every stage
• Handle candidate queries during their assignments
• Oversee timesheet management and ensure accurate administration
• Support weekly payroll processes
• Work closely with the Division Manager and Consultants to provide recruitment and administrative support

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to problem-solve and work proactively under pressure
• Previous recruitment or resourcing experience (desirable but not essential)
