- Experience in analysing complex HR information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.
- Experience in using government policy to make decisions.
- Experience of working to strict policies and procedures.
- Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.
- Experienced in working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.
- Previous Casework Experience.
