Key Qualities
Open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch, Port Kitchen at Shoreham Port serves speciality coffee, fresh local food and alcohol in a modern, welcoming space. The ideal candidate will have a passion for catering and enjoy working in a busy, friendly back of house environment.
Our Head Chef is responsible for leading the back of house team, managing the cookline, and maintaining highest standards of efficiency, stock management, compliance and cost control.
A team player, as a part of the management team they will work well with front of house and Port leadership to enhance our offer and ensure our guests, regular and new, experience the venue and the Port at its best.
