ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Behavioral Support Specialist to work within Schools in the Coventry area.
The role
-A Behavior Support Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting individuals who may have challenging behaviors, often in educational or therapeutic settings.
-Their primary responsibility is to assist and implement strategies designed to address and manage challenging behaviors.
-Assisting in the development of individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
-Working closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure consistency in implementing behavior interventions.

-Stay informed about current research, best practices, and trends in behavior support through continuous professional development.
