Care Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and motivated Care Coordinator to join our well-established branch. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who is passionate about ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care services-without the added pressure of on-call duties.Key Responsibilities:• Schedule and coordinate care staff to deliver effective, person-centred care services• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards• Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff• Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and care professionals• Build strong relationships with staff and clients to promote continuity of care• Ensure care plans remain up to date and reflective of clients' changing needs• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branchIdeal Candidate:• Previous experience in care coordination, scheduling, or a similar administrative role within health and social care• Excellent organisational and time-management skills• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities• IT literate with attention to detail and accuracy• A proactive individual with a commitment to supporting both clients and staff• Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements (desirable but not essential)This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and established branch where your skills will be valued, your career can grow, and you can make a real difference-without the requirement of on-call work.If you are interested in this position, please apply, or for more information contact Jacey Noon at Domus Recruitment.As part of our continual pursuit of quality candidates, we appreciate and reward candidate recommendations from you.
