Job Description

Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a Parts Warehouse Manager for an established accident repair company
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for maximising departmental profitability,
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for the department,
  • Ensure exceptional cost control to optimise financial performance,
  • Maintain and develop an accurate parts inventory,
  • Lead and develop a team of parts advisors to achieve their objectives, whilst delivering exceptional service,
  • Maximise commercial opportunities through regularly seeking improved supplier discount structures and terms,
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to find innovative solutions to parts supply issues,
  • Ensure health & safety requirements are adhered to within the department at all times

Key Requirements:

  • You have exemplary communication and managerial skills
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • You have previous working experience in a fast pace environment
  • You are able to organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Experience of parts sales and understanding sales targets
  • Previous experience in a parts managerial and warehouse role, preferable
