Summary

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to lead our conveyancing team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding legal support and advice to our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Conduct property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients effectively.
Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices in conveyancing.
Ensure timely completion of transactions while maintaining high standards of client service.
Recruit and train staff to pass on key knowledge and train future conveyancers.
Network and grow our panel of estate agents, auction houses and other referral sources.

Qualifications
The role is only available to a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within the legal sector.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes is essential.
